I often have to try at least 5 different times before he answers. If he doesn't have a backlog of oboes shipped to him or gougers needing repairs he only works when someone schedules an appointment. So contacting him via phone can be hit or miss. Keep trying though!
Also, he usually has a good selection of used oboes or he knows people who are selling their oboes. He is extremely reasonable with his pricing.
Finally, just to let you know, the Collingswood PATCO station is less than a block from his shop. So if you want to save the drive from Philly the train is a viable option.
