 Does "deBusser" = "Debouchet"?

And do Mr. Still and Mr. deLancie actually reach an agreement on this?! In Mr. Still's biography it says that he ushered at the L.A. Philharmonic (around 1935) and that he was "...inspired by the great Belgian oboist, Henri deBusser, and decided to switch from clarinet to oboe."
In John Ferillo's tribute to John deLancie he says that during his final illness, deLancie had received a tape of the Dohnanyi, Serenade, made by the L.A. Philharmonic in the '40's when the oboist, "deBouchet" was in his '70's and deLancie was very impressed by this oboist, who he had never heard of before. Despite the difference in spellings, is this not the same player under discussion here?
To see the complete descriptions, go to Ray Still's website - Biography section and then Google "John deLancie, oboist", and about six listings down, is John Ferillo's tribute to John deLancie. Regards.

R. Still former student
