It's an oboe fingering program. It should be able to help you out. If the fingerings there don't work, let me know and I know the correct fingerings up to high B flat that work for sure. I haven't actually tried the fingerings from that program but it seems to have them up to high C sharp! I've only ever been able to hit a high B flat. Anyway, hope this helps!
