Hi TYO,
First of all, excellent choice of college audition material. A few students of mine have gotten into college with this piece!
Now, i don't want to freak you out with this, it's what I tell all of my students before college and orchestra auditions, but 2-3 weeks prior to the audition, pieces and etudes should be learned and ready to perform, and what you should be doing are audition run-throughs in front of as many friends, teachers and family members as possible. Also try to get as much feedback as you can. (Of course, you'll need to continue practicing and tweeking small stuff, but I normally wouldn't instruct anyone to still be learning a piece this close to an audition).
Knowing your material and playing as many run-throughs as possible will make you feel extra-secure and will help you to enjoy playing MUSIC instead of "reading notes".
As I said, this is just my 2ยข (or this is just me in full-on teacher mode reacting to your post!). In any case, the most important thing is to stay calm and enjoy (and have fun) playing your audition!
Break a leg! Please keep us posted!
Cheers!
O.
