Thanks for this first-class summary!

You should probably list S.M.L. and Strasser separately (under S), since there is no mention of "Marigaux" on the body of the instrument - only Strasser and the SML logo (The case is marked "Straser Marigaux). Pic attached.

Boosey & Hawkes "Regent" is not mentioned - horrible instruments, but they were the standard "school instruments" in the UK for a generation.
