What makes a Caldwell model loree different from a standard loree? Are there any distinguishing marks on a Caldwell loree?

Why is it a Caldwell in the states when it is simply a "H" model outside of the states?

Could be a Loree marketing tactic isn't it? (Where they claim a famous oboe player from that region adopted it when they designed it.) When i met Hansjorg Schellenberger some years ago, he claimed he pushed for that lower joint re-design (he..he...). Hmmm....

But i have to say, the re-design IS better, no longer 30 cents flat low C#s.
