Play the high F with the fingering: half-hole, 2nd finger, RH G#, third (or thumb) octave.** Play the Eb: half-hole, 2nd & 3rd fingers, low B#key, RH 2nd & ring fingers, no octave. The Db is, as always, half-hole finger open, 2nd & 3rd fingers, RH 1st finger and C# key.
Eb - Db - Eb is not easy, but the RH G# for the F is a simple move once you practice it.
The metronome is your friend. Never play it faster than you can or you are practicing mistakes. Sneak up on it from a SLOW speed one click at a time until you stumble, play it correctly slowly and put it away. Come back tomorrow and start one or two clicks faster, but still SLOW, and do the same thing. You will improve much faster than you think.
I was playing professionally before I was taught how to practice by a graduate of the Paris Conservatory. The most important thing he enforced upon my sloppy habits was practicing scales (in the manner above) through the range of the instrument. I inflict it on all my students and recommend it strongly to everyone else!
** All those RH fingers you see in the fingering charts are left over from other fingerings and unnecessary. High F is an A with half hole, G# key and 3rd octave. Only.
