so its one with piano accompaniment or not?
if without i suggest britten's 6 metamorphoses, some of the movements are terribly diffcult, and they are all musically difficult anyways, but you will love the first, definitely fits your criteria.
if you want one with accompaniment, maybe korsakov's song of india or satie's Gymnopedie no.1 or 3 i think, an oboe transcription of the work.
