I don't know if this helps you, but have you tried pressing both LH G# and LH Eb at the same time? This helps get round a whole bunch of issues, esp. the F-Gb transition. It is a very useful technique altogether, especially in fast black-key passages in the normal ranges of the instrument.
The Eb needs to go down all the way; the G# need only be pressed enough to speak the correct note. Make sure your instrument is well adjusted - esp. the RH index - LH G# connection across the tenon joint.
