I tried the search function, but had no luck because I'm not sure what key words to use.
Can anyone recommend stores in the greater New-York City region where I could get a used laubin (in excellent condition) on trial for a few days? Preferably a place with a web-site so I can communicate and prepare in advance.
In December, don't know where or when yet, there is supposed to be some event where Ludwig Frank will be exposing his instruments somewhere in New-York.
I want to go and try his Gebruder-Monning Albrecht Mayer model. I'd also like to try out a used Laubin and compare them both to my Loree (I only wish I could do the same with Dupin for his Imperial!). In fact, I'm brushing-up my German in the hopes of better conversing with him.
