The glitch was just an artifact of the digital photography.

Pretty music, but the flutist needs to be told to quit moving around so much. That's one of my pet peeves--players who sway and dance and wiggle their shoulders like crazy. It's really distracting to me; I don't want to see expressive gestures, I want to hear the music.

Also, I disagree with whoever orchestrated the flute to play in its lower octave, it's not matched well with an oboe like that, it should have been playing in its upper, more brilliant octave, especially when the rest of the orchestra joined in. I couldn't hear the flute much after that, which was odd as it was supposed to be one of the soloists. A flute sounds mellow and cozy in its lower register, yes, and goes well with a harp, and even with a single oboe (forced to play pianissimo), but if you're going to expect her to hold her own with a 20-piece string orchestra, you need to let her play in her upper register.
