Looking to buy a new oboe, which are best?

I am currently playing on a Selmer Signet Oboe (borrowed from the school). It's an older oboe but plays well.

I'd like to invest in my own oboe though. Which brands make very good quality, good playing oboes? Nothing too basic, must have a low Bb key and other of the imortant extra keys. Not too expensive though, I can't afford to buy one too high in price but I do want good quality.

How are the Buffet Oboes? I have an R13 clarinet which I adore but I'm curious as to how the oboes are.

Thanks for your help!
