 Larilee Oboes?
Author: MoogsandherFlute

Hello! I'm a flute player who played oboe for a brief time awhile ago, and decided to play once more.

I'm rather poor, and cannot spend much on an oboe. I don't have any resources... My school doesn't own an oboe, I have no friends/family that plays and could loan me. I live in a small town and although I've searched and put ads out, no one has responded. There is no way I can afford an oboe from a music store.

So you can kind of see I don't have much to play with.

I've been looking on ebay (I know, I know. It's dangerous and risky. But as you can see, I don't have many options)

Anyway, I've come across the company name Larilee on oboes. Does anyone have any input? I've personally never heard of them, but then again I haven't paid much attention to oboe names. Has anyone ever played one, or have any second hand input?

Just wondering. Please help me on my quest to play oboe once again!

Thanks.
