Realistically, a Yamaha 441 is $2800 instrument, and have a plastic sleeve retrofitted would cost you somewhere in the ballpark of $800-$1000. Also, the process will completely change the instrument. Even the best repairmen like John Symer and John Peterson will warn you that the instrument you'll receive will have different bore dimensions, even though they do the best they can to reproduce the exact measurements.
I played 5 or 6 Yamaha 441 plastic top joint instruments at Hannah's a few months ago. I think she's sold out since, but she could probably get more. I think if you like the Yamaha 441 bore design, then try to sell the wood one you have and replace it with a plastic top joint. It's going to be a safer route, and you'd probably get more for your money.
Finally, please contact me personally as I would like to give you a bit more information.
