Hello friends !

And Oboe world. This morning I want ask to the oboe players (German and french scrape)., What is for you the diferents parts in the scrape and the effects in the final results of the reed?.

How the action in the diferents zones affects the intonation, the stacatto, the tone color?.

I hope we can take good resukts with this topic.

This one is the best article I have found so far ( not 100% dedicated to this subject, but it talks about it in the last part of the article ). I hope you can reed spanish, or perhaps you may be able to use an online translator.
