 Concert Attire Help!

Hello all,

I have been looking for a dress shirt with a straight collar and a notch cut out of the collar right above the top button to wear during performances, but I dont know what these type of shirts are. I would like to find a shirt similar to the one wore by Esa Pakka Salonen in the video below.
