You can have touchpiece positions altered to suit you so switching between both makes won't feel too different under the fingers, so if the C# touch is too low, you can have it raised higher (either by taking the key off and bending the lever part or backing off the adjusting screw if there's enough of the thread sticking out) and the wire on the C key bent up so it still makes contact with the underside of the C# touch.
