Yes, two different fingerings (three, counting the C# trill). To summarize:

1. ooo|ooo +O2
2. oxx|xooC
3. xto|xoo +O2, t is C# trill key

For completeness, standard fingering for top D is:
oxx|oxoC

adjust LH1 opening until both C# and D speak easily.
