What sort of standard are you looking at and do you want to play it in public/will you need something with an accompaniment or just to play on your own at home?
You could try getting hold of something for which you can get a written out part and also find a recording. Something in ragtime would be good to work on like this as an exercise in reading what look like nightmare rhythms but if you also have a recording to refer to after trying to work it out you may find it perfectly acceptable. Or perhaps a well known piece with variations so you can work through them as you feel able.
