I seem to keep asking questions that may end up being a matter of opinion, but, are there any advantages of cocobolo over grenadilla besides cocobolo being lighter? Is there an obvious sound difference? Does it project like grenadilla? If it's less dense, does it crack more easily? I was specifically interested in knowing if there is an obvious sound difference between cocobolo and grenadilla. Is it darker or warmer? Less vibrant? I may have the opportunity to try a cocobolo instrument, but I was just curious if there was an obvious difference between cocobolo and grenadilla.
