I've heard hat some of the cheaper Howarth oboes are now made in China. Is this true Chris?

I have had a reply from William Ring in response to a direct query.

As I suspected it is 100% duff information - all Howarth Oboes are made in UK these days. (The Italian made Model B was discontinued some years ago).
