Are you finding E a particularly uneasy note (but the others are fine)? Don't worry if it is - E is a pretty duff note on most (if not all) cors due to the tonehole being too small and placed too high in order for it to fall under RH finger 3.
How recently was it adjusted? There's several adjustments that could cause trouble if they're not right, so check them to be sure:
Top joint - the adjustment between LH2 and the C vent, LH3 and the Bb vent, the adjustment between LH3 and the A vent. Check there's a significant gap between the 3rd 8ve touch and the back 8ve touch.
Lower joint - the F#-G# trill link adjustment from RH1, the adjustment between the F# vent and RH2 and 3, the adjustment between RH2 and 3 and the forked F vent, the adjustment between the low C and Eb key.
