I came upon this great find of clarinets and oboes and was looking for more information about an oboe. I'm completly lost when it comes to oboes. The oboe itself is a Marigaux, but I couldn't figure out what model it was from the website. It's stamped "Marigaux a France". I have a feeling its pretty old, the serial number is 99. It's in great condition, no cracks, just needs a little cork/pad replacement. Could anyone tell me how old it is and any information about it? Thanks!

The Marigaux site lists some model 901 serial numbers, going back to 1077. Nothing as low as 99. I suggest you write them: http://www.marigaux.com/english/
