Hello everyone,
I'm new to the board and have a rather silly question. I am from Las Vegas, where it doesnt ever get very cold. This Wednesday, my band is travelling to Chicago for the Midwest Clinic. I am very concerned about the elevation change and extreme temperatures. Should I wrap my oboe case in a blanket to keep it warm outside??? And my biggest worry is what I should do for my reeds. Is there any way I can keep them from cracking or changing??? Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you for your time and happy holidays.
