Is there a better way to play the D-E trill?
Author: Dutchy

Am I missing something? The D is a half-hole and the E is with octave key. So I can play them both with half hole, but then the E sounds breathy and not-good, or I can play them both with the octave key, in which case it's the D that sounds not-good. And flipping back and forth between the half-hole and the octave key makes weird blipping sounds. Is there a magical secret key combination to play this?
