I agree with Cooper, it is probably that little key below the RH 1st finger.
To confirm this analysis, try tapping it gently with your middle finger while playing forked F and see if the note changes at all. If so, you have found your culprit!

This can be because the buffer cork has fallen off. If this is the case you should be able to adjust the screw onto the metal, but it will click noisily when you play. I suggest you get a new buffer cork fitted by a repairman.
Other possible reasons are that the screw has moved, or that it has embedded itself more deeply into the buffer cork.

The screw that will need adjusting is probably #7, but getting the balance of #6, #7 and #8 correct is quite complicated, so follow his instructions exactly. Also, please note that he has labeled ALL the keys and screws, and it is NOT intuitive; for example, RH ring finger is called the "E" key (this is the note that speaks from this hole).
