If you live near London go and look at the knives to see which you prefer.

The Gregson knife number relates to when the knife was developed in the Gregson series that went from 1 to 8. Both knives are 4mm thick with a 45° bevel, the No 4 has a 75mm blade and the No 5 has a 90mm blade.

I personally use a Gregson No 5 for general use, the No 4 for fine use and a No 8 for very fine tuning.
