As reeds aren't exactly known to be stable, it could be anything from 10 mins to a couple of hours. Though they can be different tomorrow after a day's rest! But cor reeds are more forgiving than oboe reeds.
Give it a good soak and the wire a tweak wth pliers in the right places and see where you are - then if it doesn't free up, take the knife to it.
