Take a caliper and measure the inside diameter of the lower end of the upper joint. If it reads 14.8 mm it follows the European LLs I have measured (and all the measurements I've seen from the US).

I'd really like to see evidence of this tale that Leblanc France clarinets were re-reamed in the US. There is no economy in disassembling the keywork, removing the thumb and register tube, widening the bore, and finally putting everything back.
