Try calling Eble Music in Iowa for the Busoni. (You should be able to find a phone number by Googling their name.) They are extremely knowledgeable and, if they don't have an item in stock, they are very good at tracking down hard-to-find and out-of-print works. The original publisher, if the work was published, was probably Breitkopf (a quick small sample of the works on IMSLP identifies them as most likely), but Eble can find out if anyone can and they may be able to arrange a photocopy if the work is out-of-print.
If that fails, you might try e-mailing Sergio Bosi. You can find an e-mail address at:
http://www.sergiobosi.it/home.html
He might be able to tell you where he got the copy he recorded for Naxos or, at least the publisher. If you can find the publisher, you might be able to purchase a photocopy directly from them if the work is out-of-print.
Best regards,
jnk
