In IMSLP, under Busoni there is no Op. 10 available. There is this Op 10 Elegie by Heinrich Wilhelm Ernst under the category of "Versions of [Busoni's] works by other composers].

From the main page it indicates that it is a string quartet with clarinet, but when you select it only the string quartet parts appear. Beneath that is a version for Violin and piano -- if it is the piece you're looking for perhaps you could arrange from that?
