Thank you, Mr. Charette for your information on this site. I would like to ask a question about this brand. I purchased a Martin Freres 'Classic' that appears to be in pretty good shape. Serial # is 1180. Your information (I thought) states that this company manufactured clarinets from 1840 to 1927. I would not have guessed that this clarinet is that old. Did someone else use their marque?
