I bought this from an estate and can't find any info on the internet. It has a serial # 32xxx. ¿How could they make 32,000 instruments and not leave a trace on the internet? Also, the throat A key and tonehole are not in a line with the other toneholes, they are slightly off to the right.

It seems to be a stencil sold by a store of that name in Paris, which is no longer in business.

That's an interesting and novel arrangement of the A and G#. Quite surprised its not been used elsewhere as it might be a good idea and help facility. Clarinet manufacturers and buyers seem very risk averse, so that may be why you don't see that elsewhere.
From a manufacturing point of view, I suppose the pillars for the A would need to be different lengths, which adds some cost.
