Which length (and which type) would you choose for a Selmer CT Bb clarinet? I mean the large bore version or Selmer version? and the right length to play in tune with a 442 Hz orchestra

67mm was the stock length for CT barrels and they can be played at 442Hz with that length, or you can always use a 66mm or 65.5mm one and use tuning rings if you're finding it's a bit on the sharp side (although it's better to be on the sharp side than flat as you can correct being sharp much easier than correcting being flat).
I've been using a 65.5mm CT barrel as since I've switched to Legeres, I'm finding the throat notes on the flat side with a 67mm barrel.

Re: which version (wide bore vs. Selmer Paris) I'd contact Backun.

I don't own a CT, but I find that the large-bore (Standard Plus , "+") version of the Backun Fatboy barrel works very nicely on my large bore Selmer Series 9 full Boehm and Leblanc Pete Fountain instruments. But a look at the Backun web site suggests that they may no longer offer the large bore Standard Plus Fatboys. Maybe they will sell you one special order. I got mine off of that auction site. If I recall correctly they were only offered in 66mm and 65mm.
Although the Backun web site Info page suggests the "Standard" models for the CT and Series 9, I found that the smaller bore "Standard" Fatboys did not work well on my big bore instruments. They produce a thinner stuffier sound whereas the Standard Plus model yields a nice full-throated "big bore" sound. That page states that Selmer Paris barrels are not intended for the Selmer USA, 10G, CT or Series 9 clarinets. I don't know for certain, but I'm guessing that Backun's current Selmer Paris Fatboy barrel is designed for modern small bore Selmers.

My apologies. You were asking specifically about the MoBa barrels. I have the 65mm and 66mm Standard MoBa barrels and do not like them at all on my large bore instruments. I've never tried the MoBa Standard Plus barrels.

Just a heads up if you're considering using a Backun bell with a more recent Selmer (St.Louis, Privilege, Artyss, Odyssey, SeLes, etc.) that they have more of a pronounced/narrower choke in the bell throat immediately below the socket, so that will most likely knacker up altissimo F (all fingerings).
