Doesn’t exist. Either learn it by ear or transcribe it yourself. Like all jazz, all those embellishments on the melody are improvised, not written. The melody is very well known and simple. You just have to figure out the rest by listening.

John Manasse made this recording. He had a long relationship with James Cohn, who died a few years ago. While Manasse is undoubtedly capable of improvising the piece, it sounds through-composed to me (like all the other works on this disk). And if Manasse and Nakamatsu improvised it, I don't know why Cohn would be credited as the arranger. I think the most likely explanation is that Cohn created the work (perhaps at Manasse's request) to be included on the disk with his arrangement of the Gershwin Preludes (which Manasse had also recorded a number of years earlier for XLNT records). I expect the piece was never published (at least, I can't find any evidence that it was). John Manasse has a website. If you are interested in pursuing this further, I would suggest you contact him and ask about the piece.
