Flip by Augustin Kubizek

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone is familiar with a clarinet solo called Flip by Augustin Kubizek (op. 44/4 1983)? I am trying to figure out two notations. The first is a clear grace note above several notes with no stem on the first line. The second is a trill notation through some accents. (See attachment)

PS--If you google Augustin Kubizek (born 1918), you will get a lot of posts about his father August.
