Composers question

Author: ralphus  Date:   2024-01-28 18:53 Hi, a question from a composer! Does this make a good effect on in the low register (2nd clarinet) and especially in the bass clarinet or does it blur too much? Tempo is about quarter note = 92 I wondered whether it might be to heavy/stolid or blurred, it shall be soft but also precise enough to give a good 'swinging' bottom for a solo.
