I'm looking at Ethier the BD4 or the BD5, but one thing i am trying to figure out is what cm do I need. Does anyone know the cm that is needed for a Yamaha 450n barrel?

CM1404 is A440, CM1004 is A442

All "Boehm" ( French) mouthpieces will fit your instrument. The only ones that won't are " German system" MPs, but both types will be clearly identified accordingly if you buy online. That said , buying a MP is a bit like buying eyeglasses, only nobody can make you a clear prescription, so to find what truly fits you is more about trying as many as possible, rather than just taking someone's advice or confiding in the virtues of a reputable one.

I would go to a clarinet shop that has a few different MPs in stock, and try them.
May cost few extra $$ but the advice from a professional at the shop can be priceless.
