Put the clarinet together and measure it from the barrel to the bell. This almost looks like it could be a C clarinet. The length of the clarinet should indicate what key it is in.

Turn the lower joint around so the socket end is on the left side of the case, otherwise you're going to bend the keywork and scratch the bell.
