It seems that Klöcker recorded a very similar arrangement:

He doesn't play the huge cadenza provided by Bellison, but he does use a slightly modified version of the opening phrase (itself derived from Mozart's own cadenza) and then skips straight to the coda.

It would be interesting to find out whether Klöcker had an historical arrangement, or whether Bellison was the first to come up with the idea of arranging KV 382.
