I just bought this mouthpiece, can someone identify it and say in which time it was made?

It was made in the early 2000s by the Glotin company that aquired the Chedeville brand name for some time. It's not a vintage blank. I had the chance to work on an identical one, it took a couple hours to turn it into a decent player.

Can you describe what identifies it as a Glotin? How is this one different from a vintage C. Ched?

Dear Karl,
It's still advertised as a Gotin-Chedeville at some places:
https://store.weinermusic.com/products/chedeville-bb-clarinet-mouthpiece
Also, you can compare it to the pictures in this thread:
http://test.woodwind.org/clarinet/BBoard/read.html?f=1&i=343551&t=343337
Additionally, original vintage Chedeville mouthpieces don't spell the brand as 'Chédeville' but 'Chedeville'

<Good to know, the history of these mouthpieces seems to be pretty complex
