As Hugues said above, the older Selmer alto mouthpieces have much more open facings than many off-the-shelf mouthpieces today. See if you can hunt one down or two.
Clark Fobes's alto pieces(he makes 2 openings) are also more open than the Vandorens, the Hite and the Yamaha 4C & 5C, so maybe ask him he'd make a Debut alto piece for you to see how you like it- but do make sure you email him first.
But if you can't get hold of one and still adamant that you want something extremely open, perhaps you should consider the idea of having one of your alto clarinet mouthpieces refaced with a jazz alto sax facing. That would basically be creating an alto equivalent of the 7JB. Whether or not you'll like it there's only one way to find out, and it requires a leap of faith.
Fitting a tenor sax piece onto an alto clarinet neck would require extensive modifications of the shank, but I've only heard very few anecdotal experiences on whether or not such a solution works, and I can't remember what they were.
