Hello,
Does anyone know if the email address 'contact@buffetcrampon.com' is actually monitored by the company?
I emailed them on Tuesday and haven't had a response. It wasn't a complicated request and I'm a new customer, so I would hope to have some kind of response, even a holding email reply.
I'm sure they get many many emails, but four days seems long for a company.
What has been your experience?

I've never gotten any response from them. It's a shame as I have a really unique Buffet instrument I'd love to get more information on.

That's a shame JDbassplayer. My request was was simple in that I just needed someone to correct the serial number on my new clarinet (which I stupidly entered incorrectly) on the warranty, or at least to tell me whether this was possible.
Seems odd for a company so esteemed in the woodwind world.
Maybe they prefer a printed letter? They are all over social media, and quite active on Instagram in particular, so you would think they would have someone monitoring their email account.

Hurrah, I did get an email from Buffet to say that they have corrected the serial number of my clarinet!
