That's a shame JDbassplayer. My request was was simple in that I just needed someone to correct the serial number on my new clarinet (which I stupidly entered incorrectly) on the warranty, or at least to tell me whether this was possible.
Seems odd for a company so esteemed in the woodwind world.
Maybe they prefer a printed letter? They are all over social media, and quite active on Instagram in particular, so you would think they would have someone monitoring their email account.
