I have a WS Sumner Acousticut clarinet MPC. It's a "5". A little rare as I understand, but not as hard to find as an actual list of tip opening sizes. Anyone know where I might find a chart?

No response so I guess there is no chart available. I'll have to locate someone who can measure it.

I measured a couple of #3 and the were between 1.08 - 1.12 mm. I only had one #4 but it's hard to tell if it was original or not, it was around 1.18 mm. I never had a #5 but I would assume it to be around 1.25, based on the other models.

I just got a red Sumner Professional 3* and it's 1.20 mm. Seems completely original, but the facing measurements are all over the map. But the internals are good and it should be a keeper after refacing.

I think the untouched #3 that I have is about 1.2mm as well....

I'm guessing that you Mark and David with Sumner 3's at 1.2mm or so, that my 5 must be in the neighborhood of 1.4mm. I do know that it plays well with a Mitchell Lurie 2.5 reed.
