Looking for Celtic Suite

While looking for Celtic music for clarinet and piano I came across, "Celtic Suite (clarinet & Piano) by Jean-Claude Amiot. Unfortunately when I tried to order the sheet music, I got a response that it is permanently out of print by the publisher.

Does anyone in this group have this sheet music that I could rent, borrow, or buy? Or can someone tell me if there is an easy way to search the university libraries to see if I can find it? (I've searched IMSLP and Google and no luck so far.)

You can rent the version for clarinet and string orchestra via Zinfonia.com but they don't rent to individuals, so it would have to be ordered by your organization (orchestra, school, etc.)

I take it that this turned out to be unavailable?
