Aidoni Model #499 e-flat barrels?

Dear clarinet friends,

The new Aidoni barrel Model #499 turned out to be quite successful, at least it sold out quickly after the release and the feedback has been predominantly positive. Since Håkan Lundström and I spent three years on development we are grateful that the new barrel was so well received.

After receiving several requests for making Aidoni e-flat barrels, we are now considering accepting the challenge and starting to develop a Model #499 barrel for E-flat clarinet, i.e. an e-flat barrel based on the same concept as model #499. The process to adapt such a concept thoroughly would approximately take us one year from now. During the last years we have learnt a lot about how clarinet barrels work.

Q #1: Would anyone, among the Clarinet BBoard readers, be interested in ordering / trying such an Aidoni e-flat barrel?

Q #2: If there is an interest - which e-flat barrel lengths would be interesting for you to use?
