 In Kovacs's "Hommage a C. Debussy," the second measure is short one sixteenth-note. Does anyone know whether he intended the Db to be double-dotted? The other option is to play the same rhythm as the first measure of the last line of the page.
 
 Secondly, m. 4 has an EXTRA sixteenth in it. My guess is that the first five notes are all part of a 16th-note triplet.
