I have a Henri Selmer France Depose Clarinet with the serial number K8725 and I can't find any other information about it. I think it is a professional, wood clarinet, but I don't know any additional info. It was used by my husband's grandfather when he played in big bands. I'm looking for info because I'd like to sell it.

Selmer Paris only ever made pro level clarinets until the late '90s when they then launched the Prologue which was an intermediate level clarinet to compete with the Buffet E13.
Your K series (or 'Radio Improved') is from around 1929 going by this serial number list, so it would've been played right at the height of the Big Band era.

Your best bet is ebay.com. Take lots of photos and write the best description you can. Likely it is no longer playable (old pads deteriorate). Check the upper joint (the section the barrel goes into) for cracks or evidence of repairs (metal bands or cracks that have been glued). This will seriously devalue the instrument.

You can also tell if it's had the top joint officially replaced by Selmer themselves or by a Selmer agent if it has * stamped above the serial number, or ** if it's had two replacement top joints.
That won't detract from the value unlike metal flush bands or other methods of crack repair that don't look well cosmetically or failed since having been done.
Some that had replacement top joints may also have a date stamped into the surface of the wood directly under the LH2 ring key rod dating when the transplant was done.
