What’s the best one for a fast tremolo Eb (bottom line) down to C? Both side and fork are awkward to coordinate, banana is impossible. Any alternatives or tips?

You could just trill the side Eb/Bb key if you don't mind the Eb being on the flat side, otherwise you need to coordinate lifting LH3 and opening the side Eb/Bb key with RH1 at the same time.
The LH forked Eb/Bb mechanism is exactly what you need as that makes this tremolo an absolute breeze. With that mechanism fitted, you can play C-Eb and upper register G-Bb by simply trilling LH finger 2. Sadly none of the big name makers offer it as an option anymore.
I even added it to my Yamaha YCL-24 as I regularly use the forked fingering for both Eb and Bb (xox|ooo): https://www.woodwindforum.com/clarinetperfection/galleryclar/Keywork/CP2/10.jpg
I must admit I assumed you meant low Eb a semitone below the low E which you'll have on a full Boehm (see attachment), along with the LH forked Eb/Bb mechanism, articulated C#/G# and LH Ab/Eb lever, the latter being the only option that the big name makers will offer nowadays.

Thanks. As a sax player, it is frustrating since a bis key would make this a breeze.
But I am getting faster at using the side key.

There are a couple imperfect solutions that might serve in some contexts.
Finger C like low G# but with the lh C# key added, and trill the lh middle finger for Eb.
Support the bell between your knees; finger C normally and use the rh index & ring fingers to trill the lh banana key and rh bottom side key together.

This is perfect! Exactly what I was hoping for. Works beautifully. Problem solved. Thanks!
